One way to help to raise the popularity of a blog is through review exchanges, reviewback.com is an exchange forum that pairs up reviewers who are willing to trade reviews to increase back-links. That is how I came across the 'Aaaaai Tal' blog. This blog has links to a series of short films made by the authors and posted on YouTube. The video-makers are Portuguese, but their English is excellent - the videos are comic in nature though they might lack a little finesse...Why not take a look at their blog and rate their videos?
What's more... they even use the same blogger template as me!
